About Jammie Dias
Mr. Jammie Dias is a second-generation Civil Engineer with decades of experience in the real estate industry. In 1995, he founded Asian Developers, one of the pioneering real estate companies in South Goa to introduce gated residential complexes with modern amenities — starting with the landmark project “Dona Maria” at Pedda Varca, Salcete. This project was among the very first gated communities in South Goa, setting a new benchmark for residential living in the region.
Over the years, Mr. Dias has developed and delivered more than 200 apartments, 50 shops, and over 40 villas, earning a reputation for quality construction and long-term value. His clients include people from diverse walks of life, from across India and around the world, many of whom continue to share strong personal bonds with him even years after their purchase.
