About Us
Mr. Jammie Dias is a Second Generation Civil Engineer with decades of experience. In 1995, he founded Asian Developers, a company that was one of the first Real Estate Companies in South Goa to build Gated Complexes along with amenities when he built “Dona Maria” at Pedda Varca, Salcete Goa. It was one of the first Gated Complexes in South Goa.
He has sold hundreds of apartments to people from different walks of life, from different parts of India, and from different countries. He is known to share a personal relationship with his clients and has a penchant for knowing their needs and keeping them happy.
Our Beliefs

At JAMIE DIAS REALTY and ASIAN DEVELOPERS our staunch belief is that we should treat our customers just like we would have liked to be treated if we were customers too. This belief makes it very easy for a customer to get along with us and to feel our personal touch.
One of the main areas where builders get stuck in Goa is when there is a stay order on the Project due to legal issues and the construction of the project is stopped by the courts. The legal situation in Goa is that we not only give you a clear title of the property but also sometimes patiently explain to our customers as to how a property has originated from the original owners and come down to the present owners. This is what is known as title search.
We at JAMIE DIAS REALTY and ASIAN DEVELOPERS are ultrasensitive about customers paying their maintenance dues. We believe that our projects should be well maintained and it is a common fact that a well maintained project is always appreciates in terms of value. As a result we try our very best to educate and imbibe this fact into the minds of every customer. On the Construction front, we have a dedicated team with Mr. Jammie Dias who is a Civil Engineer himself, heading the team. Quality checks and Quality controls play an important role during the construction process. Every item of work is done very carefully.

Good thoughtfully designed projects speaks for them themselves. Our projects are designed keeping the client requirements in focus.
4EXECUTION
Concept, Title & Search Report and Design does not hold any value if this is not monitored. At JDR, Mr. Jammie Dias personally, selects the branded materials, skill and progress of each of our projects to ensure world-class execution.
4HANDOVER
